Gluten free and vegan baked goods!

I had the Evexia Cobb with roasted tofu and vegan feta. It was fresh and filling, the portion was quite generous.

I also got a gf and vegan donut to go, and a gf vegan bialy. I would definitely go here again!

Delicious GF Vegan

Has the most vegan GF choices in this area. Delicious food and desserts. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of seating indoors with windows and outdoors with umbrellas for shade. Samples of desserts labeled whether GF and Vegan. Helpful friendly staff. My favorite vegan GF restaurant close to my home. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking.

So many options!

A huge portion of their menu is already vegan as-is, and they can make pretty much everything vegan upon request. They also do vegan-friendly catering!

Options galore

Evexia is a gem in that they have many standard vegan-friendly options, but are also able to alter almost everything else to become vegan-friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, and the attached market has many interesting vegan products.

Pros: Quick and healthy, Delicious, So many options

Cons: Not a lot of parking

Fresh, healthy flavors

High-quality ingredients, such as lemon, pistachios, basil pesto shine through. The veganized White and Green Flatbread is my favorite item so far. The marketplace area has some unique and fun vegan snacks and the bakery items are delicious. (Updated review 5/2022. First visits were back in 12/2021 when they were new, but their processes are more streamlined now. Upgrading from 3 stars to 4 stars).

Southwest Breakfast Burrito. Tofu scramble, plant cheddar, roasted tomato, fresh jalapenos, roasted home fries, black bean and corn salsa in a tortilla with a side of spicy cashew ranch. Generous portion and medley of flavors. Might be a new fave!!! at Evexia in Aurora +24

Hi! Thanks so much for the feedback. I am so sorry about all the mix-ups- some of these are ongoing issues we have been working to resolve with the kitchen staff. We currently down a few employees and menu training is complex. Our goal really is something for everyone and we are disappointed that things are not working correctly quite yet. We are going to take time over the next few weeks to re-train and assure items are coming out as they should. As far as the bakery, every single item is vegan. We make our own cashew-based butter in house and use only vegan products (sugar and chocolate included). I hope you will give us another try- let a manager know when you come in, we would love to make this right!

Thank you for your response. My family wants to give it another 6 months or so before trying again, to let the kinks get ironed out before we go back. Update 5/2022: We went back and service was faster with no mix ups and bakery case items had Vs to mark as vegan.

Great service, great food. Wonderful find on the road.

Menu includes many easily veganized dishes. Both the vegan and non vegan here were very pleased with our breakfast. Service friendly and professional. The business includes a little store with assorted vegan and other gourmet goodies along with eco friendly children’s toys and games. Also got a vegan brownie to go which was mouthgasmic! Hope to stop here again on our return trip.

At last, a vegan-oriented venue in Aurora

As of January 2022, this establishment has been open about two months. The staff worked very hard, restocking the pastry offerings and answering questions. The Panini is huge: several people could share one of these generous options. It was flavorful without being salty or oily. The chocolate croissant was delicious; it was filled with huge chunks of chocolate. The restaurant itself is a lovely space with ample parking and a spacious seating area.
