Hi! Thanks so much for the feedback. I am so sorry about all the mix-ups- some of these are ongoing issues we have been working to resolve with the kitchen staff. We currently down a few employees and menu training is complex. Our goal really is something for everyone and we are disappointed that things are not working correctly quite yet. We are going to take time over the next few weeks to re-train and assure items are coming out as they should. As far as the bakery, every single item is vegan. We make our own cashew-based butter in house and use only vegan products (sugar and chocolate included). I hope you will give us another try- let a manager know when you come in, we would love to make this right!
