Fresh Indian dishes - Edit
It’s a pleasant and enjoyable restaurant with very friendly staff. Dishes on offer are typical of just about every Indian but are more fresh and healthy tasting and not swimming in oil. Plenty of vegetable versions of mains and the usual vegetable side dishes. Good restaurant.

We’d read good reviews on this restaurant however we were quite disappointed at the lack of decor and ambiance! The food was nothing special and pretty bland, the saag alloo was quite tasteless and totally pureed (see photo) vegetable pakora (photo) dry and tasteless. My partner enjoyed the vegetable Karachi and the poppadoms and chapatis were good. Service ok but a smile can make all the difference to the experience eating out. No desserts on menu or offered to us. #Veganuary

Best Indian food I tried in Corralejo* - Edit
*I’ve been to 4 Indian restaurants here. Everest Spice, Jaipur that’s right next door, Bombay Masala and Indian 2020 next to it that’s not on Happy Cow.
Read moreEverest Spice was my favorite because of the delicious, rich flavors of the food. Jaipur takes the 2nd place because it’s quite good but a bit inconsistent (dishes tasted different a few times I was there) and Bombay Masala and Indian 2020 share the 3d place.

Went here on our 1st night, veggie pakora which was various sliced battered veggies to start, hubby got the veggie Madras and I got the veggie Karahi.
Read moreDishes are all really nicely spiced and freshly prepared.
The staff are friendly and accommodating to vegan food, just advise them when ordering and they will tell you what's ok/or can be altered for vegans and what's not.
