Great Health Food Store - Edit
Great place to get food in Eureka Springs. Right next door is The Lovin Oven and they have vegan options!

Awfully Glad for Eureka Market - Edit
This is a little healthy outpost in Arkansas that carries packaged and bulk food, as well as a large selection of vitamins/supplements. After discovering the place online, I was happy to find it was open until 7pm during the week, even in the off season.
The health food selection is a little better than most grocery stores (Better than Cream Cheese/Sour Cream, Follow Your Heart "cheeses," Lightlife Gimme Lean "sausage," etc.) but it doesn't carry nearly as many Boca or Morningstar frozen products as most groceries do. Turns out the grocery right night door carries ever fewer, so this is as good as it gets.
So, a good, but not great selection, prices are a little high compared to national bits, but it would definitely keep me alive if I lived in Eureka Springs, AR.
Pros: good off-season hours, fiendly staff, best selection in town
Cons: expensive, small
