Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Purely for ethical reasons reasons. If it's healthy, hey that's good. If it's not, well that's fine. Better me to eat a potato chip sandwich for a meal than eat someone else.

Fried Pickles at Bean Vegan Cuisine in Charlotte. Blackbird Pizzeria in Philly. Handlebar in Chicago, Spiral Diner in Dallas. Sinking Ship in Indy. RIP the Vegan Gyro at Shangri-La in Saint Louis.
