Some good vegan options - Edit
This place does serve meat. Apparently they have a pure vegan take out in the day but I didn't try that and instead went to the restaurant in the evening. They are very vegan friendly with good vegan labels on each of the dishes. I felt there was a good range but i opted for the vegan burger and fries. All was pretty good - the bread bun was a bit dry I felt. But nevertheless i quite enjoyed my meal.
Pros: Good clear labeling of vegan meals

Great vegan food in the middle of nowhere - Edit
(sorry Ludanonites for calling your city in the middle of nowhere.)
We drove into Ludano for the sole purpose of being able to say we were in Switzerland, and this restaurant was quite the find! There was a bit of a language barrier, so I couldn't completely figure it out, but I believe they have a kind of buffet lunch, and additionally a restaurant at night.
We had the buffet, which included 4-6 different dishes at different prices; an amazing soup which I had to ask the chef to write down in Italian what grain it was so I could later look it up (it was buckwheat); and this great celery root dish with tehinni. Plus there was healthy coke.
Highly recommended!
