The vegan option was a huge plate of different dishes. Each dish was delicious. It was our first time of eating Ethiopian food and what a wonderful surprise it was. Definitely highly recommend. The service and ambience was first class too.

The best injera I’ve ever had, lot (a lot!!!) of vegan options, rich flavors and - above all, since this used to bother me a lot in different African restaurants - my belly was super happy after my dinner there! No stomach ache, no heaviness, normal digestion.

Nice way to try some exotic food. Unfortunately the plate for 2 was a bit pricey. Some of the dishes were not surprising but all of them were tasty! The best part was the seitan dish. The desserts were good but also expensive for the presented quantity.

The menu is very clear on which items are vegan, with all green ‘vs’ denoting vegan food! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and happy to explain how everything worked.

One part of the meal that was surprising was the chilli sauce that was provided at the very start of the meal, the server told us this was the hottest thing on the menu so we could use it as a reference point to decide what level of spice we’d like.

I went to the restaurant in October 2017. At first I was a bit hesitant, because it was in a mall, but once you get inside the atmosphere is amazing. The place is so authentic and the staff are really nice. The couple who own the place are an Italian guy and a Ethiopian lady and they were both so very nice! The wife comes to wash people's hands at the table because Ethiopian cuisine is eaten by hand. They then give you some spicy sauces to dip to determine the level of spice that we prefer and they cater your meals based on that. Ethiopian food is naturally very vegan friendly and they even had a special day Wednesday where they had some kind of discount on huge vegan platters. The food was the best food I have ever eaten in my entire life! It was such an amazing experience, we even came again on our last night.

We had the vegetarian sharing plater which was very nice. Lots to eat! Really nice atmosphere, there’s the possibility to sit on the floor and eat traditionally, which we did, or to sit at a table. Great staff and service. Would definitely recommend.

The waiter and host (owner, manager?) were so nice and friendly. They speak both English and Spanish. We had a delicious meal. Had to stop myself from eating every last bit on my plate because I was so full. There are a bunch of vegan options and everything is clearly marked. Very flavorful. Wished I had room for dessert!

Small but beautifully decorated restaurant, friendly service who were multilingual. We ordered the large vegan platter which is available on Wednesday nights. Varied and filling, containing miniature portions of all the vegan mains and starters (including the burgers). Some were spicy, some were mild. Small alcoholic drink section but a lot of the beers were vegan, which is good.

We have been here many times and keep coming back for more. The food is phenomenal with plenty vegan options including veggie samosas and dips for starters and chickpea, lentil, seitan based dishes for the mains as well as the amazing injera flatbread. Wednesday is also vegan night where you can get a bit of everything. Portion size is very generous too, you will not leave here hungry! Fully deserves five stars but as they also serve meat happy cow will only allow reviewers to give four stars. The staff are wonderful - especially the owner. He's very friendly and super helpful.
