best vegan food in Nerja!! - Edit
I live locally and can confirm that this is the best vegan food in town! The food is so fresh and creative. Truly a gem. It's currently the only fully vegan place in Nerja so that's always something I love to support, but the quality of the food makes it really worth coming back again and again!

Sehr leckeres veganes Essen - Edit

Outstanding food and service - Edit
After finding Estamos Sembrados on The Happy Cow, we contacted the owner via FB messenger. He responded quickly and provided opening times and menu. We booked a table and were very pleasantly surprised by our experience. The owner was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We had gnocchi with tomato and pumpkin but the plate was stacked with other tasty delights (see pics). I had the strawberry vanilla cake and my friend had the carrot cake (big portions… we could only eat half!). Definitely make the effort to visit the only all-vegan restaurant in Nerja… I highly recommend!

Tasty and feels like home - Edit
The food is beautifull and tasty! We really enjoyed the Chili Sin Carne and a chickpea pie. Tasted like home made food with love. The portions were big. We were stuffed, but managed to eat the puffed pastry with vanilla pudding (Poolish recipe). It was amazing! We first shared one, than another one and than we took one home.. and the owner added another one 😍. It was so yummy. They remind me of the 'Tompouce' we have in the Netherlands.

Best (and only) vegan restaurant in Nerja - Edit
Warm and comforting welcome followed by a great run down of the menu. Set menu of around 4 varied options to choose from. We had the corn lemon chowder, beer stew, chickpea fritata followed by lemon pie and peanut butter cake. All dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavour and cooked fresh. They were presented beautifully with tasty cocktails to accompany.

Amazing - Edit
We went on a saturday evening, and there was a fixed menu. The starter was a pea& mint cream soup that was SO good. The main was falafel with homemade pita bread, hummus and a salad with lots of veggies.
Read moreAnd the dessert.... Omg... That dessert.... I asked for (and got!) a second serving of it, because it was soooo soo sooooo goood! It was a lavender cookie, topped with rose petal cream....
Smoothies were very nice too, and the tea is served in big and beautiful mugs.
And all of this was very affordable, with the bill being under €50 for two persons.
Atmosphere is nice too, and the staff very friendly.
Very recommended! Worth a detour!
If we are ever back in this area, and it still exists, we will definitely go again.

Friendly vegan café bar in Nerja - Edit
Cool bistro vibe with all vegan menu. Friendly staff who were happy to ensure I got gluten free food.
Read moreEnjoyed lunch. Soup was tasty and generous portion. The grilled plate of tofu and oyster mushrooms was accompanied by a generous amount of other grilled veg and salad. A stimulating mix of tastes, textures and flavours. Non of the deserts was gluten free but I was given a very pleasant fruit salad with many different fruits.
I would definitely eat here again and would recommend. Seemed quite during the week, but book for Saturday nights.
New address - think this is the only vegan eatery in Nerja.

Vegan Nerja - Edit
A vegan restaurant in Nerja since the end of January, we were really looking forward to it. The fresh smoothies were delicious, and the grilled plate as a main course was also superb. The mujadara bowl was also tasty, but we found it a bit bland. Quite a lot of rice compared to the few other ingredients that were too small. The dessert was very disappointing for us. The lemon tart base was very thick, lacked flavor, and felt undercooked. We also didn't like the carrot cake, and it left an overpowering, unsuitable flavor in our mouth (cloves?). There's still work to be done! I'll definitely be back, especially now for the grilled plate and a smoothie...

Great little cafe now in Nerja - Edit
This cafe has now moved to Nerja (Jan 2026)
Read moreOnly open at the moment as a daytime cafe with occasional Saturday nights.
We had a lovely lunch - a Morrocan buddha type bowl and a vegetable quiche with salad. She does amazing cakes which are all E5 each for a huge slice big enough to share. Lovely tea infusions with a little bowl of spices to add to your tea if you wish to try.
I really hope this cafe is successful so we can visit again when we are next in Nerja on holiday.
Pros: Excellent vegan food and cakes!
Cons: Needs cushions as seats are hard, Needs more evening opening hours - maybe summer

Lovely place, huge portions - Edit
Lovely place with a view of the sea. Good range of different drinks and fully vegan menu, including options with vegan cheese and vegan salmon. My partner went for the gnocchi option, which was huge but nothing too special. We had a shared platter starter which could easily be shared between 3-4 for a main 😂 overall, really good value for money!
Read moreI ordered the summer breeze salad, which was delicious and came with a 'waffle'. Also yum! It didn't have a dressing, but I personally quite liked that and the flavors were really good and balanced and, again, portions were huge. Pros: Big portions, Good value for money, Fgn drinks menu

Genial encontrar una opción 100% vegana en un sitio de playa. Probé el Tajín de Berenjenas y estaba delicioso, con un sabor muy auténtico. Me quedé con ganas de probar más cosas. Totalmente recomendable. // It’s amazing to find out a 100% vegan restaurant at the beach. I tried the eggplant dish, Arabic style, and it was delicious. I was left wanting to try more dishes, I’ll go there if I’m around the next time. Highly recommended.

Muy rico!!! ❤️ Outstanding view 💚 - Edit
Beautiful vegan food in a beautiful setting. Came here on the first day of our holiday to Nerja, especially because it is 100% plant based. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed the Menu Samano, three courses for €15. Everything was fresh, filling and delicious. The view was only stunning, right on the beach, blue skies and sun shinning. I had the apple baked tea, there was eating and drinking in it, so fresh and so delicious. There was a small library and a lovely wee dog asleep on a comfy chair. This is the life! They sell vegan cheese also that they make themselves, if we have a chance we would love to return here. Highly recommend in the beautiful La Herradura, only a 15 minute bus journey from Nerja 💚

The food was absolutely delicious. Had Baba Ganoush with potato and vegan meat. Tasty, flavourful, big portion, healthy. By eating you can feel the love for food of the chef. The menu changes seasonally. The owner was very nice and friendly and speaks English very well. One of the best dinners I had while traveling Andalusia.

Fantastic flavours, beautifully presented - Edit
From our first contact over the phone explaining about our daughters various allergies, they couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, the welcome was lovely and the food was divine. Between us we tasted the lentil pancakes, the curry, the gnocchi, the aubergine/potato dish and they were all wonderful (we pinched bits from each other!), the chocolate cake and the chia pudding were both really good too, and the cherry and raspberry cake was a masterpiece. Really good portion sizes throughout as well, and a bonus that they spoke good English too as our Spanish is not strong!

Plant based Paradise arrives on Costa Tropical - Edit
This place is extra special - the meals are not only nutritious and delicious, but look beautiful too. It's such a luxury to finally have a vegan/plantbased option here on the Costa Granada. The fact that it's 100% Plant-Based is more than I could've hoped for. Not only that, but the meals are so well put together, it shows they are designed by a vegan. I absolutely loved our meal and will be back.
Read morePros: Absolutely delicious meal especially the Baba Gano, It was obviously cooked to order 👍🏼, A lot of thought has gone into this menu.
