No idea what vegan means

I ordered an avocado, tomato and rocket bagel and asked if it was vegan. They assured me it was vegan. It arrived and I instantly tasted pesto. I went in and asked about the pesto and they said ‘it’s vegetarian cheese’ I explained that means it is not vegan. They had no idea! Two separate people. Very disappointing.

Delicious vegan cinnamon bun

I dropped in on a quick visit while walking along the canal and was surprised to find a few decent vegan items including a really good cinnamon bun. I’ll visit again when in the area.
