My reliable go to coffee shop company - Edit
No matter where you are in Norway, you can always trust Espresso House will have something for you to eat and drink that's vegan. I wanted to visit the full vegan coffee shop while I visited Bodø a few days ago, but they weren't opened before I had to leave so I was happy to see an Espresso House! I got the vegan baguette sandwich and a cup of black coffee. This was my first time trying their coffee, I normally get a latte but their machine was down. It was pretty good! Sandwich was tasty. Cozy atmosphere with plugs to charge your phone! That's something I haven't seen at other Espresso Houses. Staff were friendly even though it must've been stressful for the espresso machine to not work. Average coffee shop prices.

There are few vegan options. The space is cosy, but the staff are slow and unpleasant. The sandwich I bought was empty and cost me a lot of money!

(Before they had Frapino with espresso and vanille (my favorite) on the menu and if I asked anywhere they could still make it. Double espresso etc. would cost extra. But here they stayed very rigid on the menu. They weren’t impolite but service is part of the enjoyment.)
They ask if you want take away or not. But when sitting there I never know why they do put a plastic lid on top. Unnecessary. And the tables were dirty but they were very busy.

the atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very friendly! They also have soya cream to serve the brownie with! It was so tasty I wish I got some to take away 😅 definitely will be returning
