My first meal on American soil and it was amazing. Scott is very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place. I ate the meatloaf feast and it was great. Huge portion so come with an empty stomach or take some home.

Fresh and tasty vegan food! Easily the best in North County! All of the sauces, dressing, proteins, bread, etc. are house-made, which makes sense given the freshness and incredible flavor of every dish I’ve had. Also, get the super gyro. It’s super giant and super yum. It’s so big, they tie it with a string to hold it together. Great bang for you buck. Highly recommend this spot!

I had the chop chop salad and the triple tacos 🌮. The food is awesome and flavorful. The restaurant has a cool surfer town vibe to it with plenty of old posters and memorabilia on the walls. Scott the owner does a top notch job serving his customers. If you are in Oceanside this restaurant is a must visit.

Amazing Vegan and mostly gluten free food. Price to portion was right on and the people who work there are very nice! Had the BAM BAM BURGER & The Vegan Gyro was so good that i had to look twice to make sure it wasn’t lamb!

Portion sizes are great but the taste of the food is very subpar. The gyros was the best thing we got, but it’s not something we’d ever come back for. The tacos were the only inedible thing we ordered- really terrible flavor unfortunately. The carne asada fries were fine but lacked flavor. Overall it all had a very similar and disappointing flavor profile (except the tacos which were on another level of unpleasant). We felt bad, but most of the food went to waste. Always an unfortunate feeling to have an unhealthy meal that should be a fun treat, but instead is super disappointing/not at all tasty.

All the food is unique and made to be over the top delicious. A lot of places add a vegan option without taking the taste into consideration. Eris convinced me I actually like coleslaw. Mind blown. I got the Philly Cheese Steak with galactic fries. Bomb.

The owner Scott is so enthusiastic and obviously really cares about what he does. Which for me was probably my favorite thing. The food is SO different than anything I've ever seen. The portions are insanely big, enough to feed 2 people for 2 meals each honestly. The pastries are amazing. Atmosphere is perfect. I have nothing bad to say. We ate here 2 days in a row. Owner also made us a batch of coleslaw to take home with us at our request because we loved it so much. Really amazing place.

This was the most exciting new vegan restaurant we have been to in a long time. The menu was creative, colorful and delicious. We tried the gyro and a bam bam burger with animal style fries. Those fries are a must so dont pass them up. The gyro was a huge portion and every element of it rocked. The burger is a two meal pleasure. I believe they make several of their offerings in house, such as sauces and the mains (meatloaf, gyro, burger, etc). The breads are definitely small batch artisan types and are stand alone special on their own. I wish i had the room to try one of the 5 desserts on display but gotta come back for that. Great owner too. Clear he cares about his cafe and its patrons.

I’ve had a bunch of different items and each of them has had something slightly off about it. Either too salty, too fatty, too one-note. The flavor profiles aren’t quite there and I feel like I make better food at home. But I’m a harsh critic when it comes to restaurants so I’m sure a lot of people will still enjoy this place.

Visited Eris with a chef friend the other day and ate lunch. I’ve worked in lots of restaurants myself (and even helped open a vegan one during the pandemic), and we were both so happy with the delicious food which was prepared for us. Frankly the entire menu looked scrumptious but we finally chose the Havanna Bowl and the trio of Tacos. Beautiful, inspired, and really packed with flavor, our food was served quickly with a smile. Cute decor, friendly yet professional vibe, and a dessert case full of tempting looking yumminess. We split a brownie which was melt-in-your-mouth yummy. (I didn’t want to share but was being polite lol). If I lived closer, I would have gone back for dinner that same night. I want to go back NOW!

I selected a really unique creamsicle kombucha and the chorizo jam tacos. Prices weren’t cheap, but the quality and preparation, as well as the specialty aspect, commands more than your average vegan place that serves premade “meats” slopping together whatever. The kombuchas are served on draft, the owner is very friendly, and the environment is very Oceanside. As far as the taste and quality of the tacos, all I could say to the proprietor was, “Ridiculous!” The sweetness combined with a savory aspect, the texture, and the tortilla—all incredible. This place is a must try!

Good Lunch Spot - Edit
We made the mistake of going here for dinner, not lunch. For dinner we want a bit nicer environment, and alcohol, which this place does not have. That said, the food was good. Don't come looking for healthy vegan food, this is mostly a vegan "comfort food' (a.k.a. junk food) joint. Sandwiches and fries were huge and tasty!
