Good vegetarian options - Edit
Spinach daal was great but Sambar and daal were average . They have nice selection of pickles on the tables . Don't expect a full restaurant experience , it's a nice bar experience .

I had the vegan platter with the 3 vegan curries. They swapped the yoghurt out for a little salad. The basmati rice is free for any extra you'd like. The saffron rice contains butter. Very small restaurant stall in the train station.

Great food, just get the green options and ask for no butter. I got the sample plates of 5, one was yogurt but I asked to not get it. Other four were vegan with no butter. Delicous flavor and side dressing that is spicy. Honestly I'm a chili addict and japan has left me craving in that regard, but theres almost no spice to the main dishes unless you add it. It ended up being 1100 yen which is little less then $10. Also rice is free so eat your fill!

3 good options for vegan curries - Edit
Very nice small restaurant, the staff speaks a little bit of English and understood when I asked not to put butter in the curries. They offer a good plate with all 3 vegan curries, rice with free refill and papad which is also vegan - only the small yogurt is not vegan. Reasonable price

Was told by staff there was nothing vegan and the curries marked with agreen circle all contain butter. Osaka continues to disappoint!

Stopped in for a quick dinner after some shoppings in Osaka area. Curry was delicious and the staffs were kind. As for the turmeric rice it’s all you can eat.
