I ordered the vegan Philly and it was really the best tasting burger in the area so far. There are a few other vegan options on their menu. Their burgers are made in house and not the usual beyond meat option. Will visit again!

One of my all-time favorites - Edit
I love and miss this place. Was one of the first places w/ an interesting vegan burger that I’ve tried and one of my first veggie burgers when I originally ditched meat 10+ years ago. Will always have a special place in my heart and is a go-to option when I’m in Jax. Their vegan bbq burger is amazing and actually has great vegan cheese and so much flavor. The vegan shakes are great here too. Hoping to be back soon

Many options including their burgers made with their house made patties. If you go here definitely grab a milkshake! I had the avocado shake and it was amazing.

I will be coming back to try every vegan thing they offer! If i could give them 5 stars I would- The BBQ burger was so yummy and flavorful, and non greasy which I loved. I got the strawberry shake which was also wonderful! Thick, flavorful, and creamy. Can’t wait to try more of their vegan menu like the cheese fries and other burgers and shakes

Vegan milkshakes - Edit
They have pretty good vegan options for burgers and fries but my favorite part about this place is the vegan milkshakes. The menu lets you know what milkshakes can be made vegan which ones cannot. Sometimes their monthly special milkshake can be made vegan as well. Food is very heavy so beware. Oh! And they have vegan onion rings!

Vegan items are marked on the menu. Burger joint with vegan cheese, vegan patties, vegan ranch, and vegan milkshakes! We had the BBQ burger and Philly (cheese steak) burger with fries, plus vegan cheese and ranch for dipping and a vanilla shake for dessert. You order at the counter and they bring out your food. The wait for food was a little long and it's a smaller place but we went on a Friday dinner time, so keep that in mind. They have a few outside tables too. Great place - very good!

Must dedicate your evening to eating here - Edit
LOVE the food so I will keep coming back but make sure to bring your patience. Been in several times and it always takes 30+ minutes to get our food. Tonight we just went for milkshakes and 45 minutes later, they were not vegan. The guy was friendly and made it again in less than 2 minutes but seriously 45 minutes for shakes is a crazy long time!!

My first visit to Epik Burger, don’t know how I didn’t know they existed until TODAY!!!! Had the Guac Vegan Burger & FF with Vegan Ranch, OMG!!!!! Was AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back and try the other Vegan Burger options, they have one of the best varieties around Jax! Great vibe and atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend!

Great in-house made Burger - Edit
Epik Burger has a super clearly labeled menu and makes their own veggie burger in house. It’s a mix of quinoa, black beans and chick peas, it got a little crumbly as we ate in the sandwiches, but super tasty and light! I got the philly cheese steak and my husband got the bbq and a side of the vegan cheese fries. The BBQ was my favorite, and with the tease cheese on the fries was superb. If you have been missing cheese fries this hits the spot! Better than daiya! Will come here again and try and guac burger.

That's right- vegan cheese fries. The cheese (made from Teese) went all the way to the bottom of well seasoned fries. I had the vegan BBQ burger which was good. They make the patties (bean based) in house and they were a little soft for my personal preference, but tasted good. The onion ring on top was the best part.

I genuinely think that this is a great restaurant, but what I got was messy. It did have a good flavor though and I would go back to get some thing new. The link to their website is different than the one in this app, but if you look up the name you can find their website. They also offer other vegan items witch are marked by a v on the menu and vg for vegetarian items.

Great great great service! Had the vegan guac burger (they also have a vegan bbq burger and a couple of vegetarian burgers). The burger was awesome and you could tell it was hand made, the fries were pretty good as were the onion rings. I also had the coleslaw which was very good. My girlfriend had the vegetarian mushroom burger and she said it was very good. She also had the sweet potato fries which she loved. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I almost didn’t come because of the 2 bad reviews but looking back on them one looked like it was because the restaurant didn’t want to put up a flier and the other was because the dinning area is small. With not very many vegan options in Jax I’m glad we found this place!

The food is creative and delicious however management seems to be losing touch with the local community. You know, their only support system considering they are a small local biz. The look of disgust on Lovice’s face when she picked up and eventually discarded my pamphlet. My best guess is because it didn’t directly benefit their business? During the same visit, I also had the pleasure of hearing Lovice train a new employee who should not have been looking at whatever he was looking at because “THAT IS FOR THE OWNERS ONLY!” Goodbye vegan burgers, I’ll miss you. Kinda.

I have the added difficulty of needing to eat gluten free as well as vegan. The gluten free options are plentiful and there are several vegan and vegetarian options as well. I don't tend to eat bread so I can't speak to the bun, they also do lettuce wraps. I got the vegan guac burger with sweet potato fries and everything was delicious. I also got to eat onion rings for the first time in years.
