a range of vegan options - Edit

Nice totally vegan restaurant in the city. Opens at 8:30pm and gets full around 9:30pm. Lots of burgers, sandwiches and durums to choose from. Ordered the tofu and oat burger with fries - tasted quite gloggy and would not order again but there was a range of options so I’m sure some of the other choices are much tastier.

Best Option for Vegans - Edit

It's the only vegan place in the city and it's really good. For the first time we dragged a big group (we were 8) of non vegans and everyone enjoyed. My favourite was the nuts (frutos secos) burger.

Pros: Estrella Galicia, Pets are welcome

Pleasantly Surprised / Me sorprendió - Edit

This is the first time we’ve been here & am so glad we decided to give it a shot! The service was friendly, helpful & accommodating. In my opinion it’s a Bar/Diner. I wouldn’t say restaurant because they don’t start dinners till 20:30 & up until that time they only serve drinks & because of the menu choice. I had the Hot Chocolate with Oat Whipped Cream & my hubby had a Estrella Galicia beer. My Choc was so delicious it was gone in a second. Whilst we waited for 20:30 to arrive we enjoyed the friendly ambiance & music & we even took Daisy along for the ride as dogs are allowed which is a big plus for us. It’s quite small so a bit tight especially for a wheelchair which we had to fold up as it started to get really busy around 20:00. We hadn’t planned on having dinner so we decided to just try a couple of items on the menu which isn’t very extensive but judging by our choices you could easily leave with a satisfied, full belly! I had the Dürüm of Seitan & it was just amazing, I really loved it, Yum. Hubby had the Ration of Falafel which I had to help him with cause I’m kind like that & it was really good & homemade. I made up my mind there & then that we would definitely be back for a full dinner! Service was quick once our order had been taken. The placed was jam packed (Saturday night) after 8pm so if you’re going to have dinner you need to get there early & start with beverages in order to secure a table! Daisy loved it, we loved it & we totally recommend it! Great food, great service & great ambiance, what’s not to like?

Pros: Delicious food, dogs allowed, great service, Comida delicious, admiten mascotas, muy buen servi, ALL VEGAN. TODO VEGANO

Cons: Small place & small tables., Local y mesas pequeñas., No food till 20:30. No hay cocina hasta 20:30

Vegan Restaurant/Bar - Edit

Place with a really nice atmosphere. They have menu in English, also beer. I noticed people like to hang out here even without eating. I had a tofu burger which was really amazing, it's served in traditional spanish bread. Currently they have an auction of pics from a sanctuary, so there goes my 20 euro :D

Great vibe - Edit

Lovely place with very friendly staff and a nice mojito. Stocked with games and playing cards to pass time, and had a lovely photo exhibit of rescued sanctuary animals while we were there. The quesadilla was a little underwhelming but everything else made up for it!

Amazing find - Edit

If you are in the area and you want melt in the mouth good food, a great service and vibe and without paying a fortune then you must visit this place!

We went 2 nights in a row and were not disappointed, we even ordered burgers to take away for the next day's flight!

The portions are huge which is perfect post camino and they have a really good choice. My partner ordered the seitan wrap and he basically devoured it in minutes saying it was like a donner kebab - but obviously much better!

Their burgers are really tasty ans the aioli is delicious, probably one of the best I have had!

As per any place in Spain if you get here later than 8.30pm you may struggle for a table.

Pros: Their food!

Cons: None

Very nice restaurant - Edit

Small restaurant at the edge of the old city center. Friendly waiters and a relaxed vibe. We were glad tot find an all vegan restaurant in Santiago as we hadn't found many on our trip that far. We had the durums with seitan and fries. Tasty and plenty! Very affordable for only 5,50. Best of all, vegan desserts:D
Will visit again when in Santiago de Compostela.

Pros: All Vegan No peanuts (allergic) Cheap Lot of local

Cons: Menu consists of fast food style meals such as bur

SO NICE! EXCELLENT! - Edit

EXCELENTE.

Nice vegan restaurant - Edit

This was hard to find, but worth it! I believe this is the only fully vegan restaurant in Santiago. I had a vegan tempeh quesadilla while my girlfriend had a massive tofu burger.

The restaurant is quite close to old town, just a short 10min walk from the cathedral.

It has a nice and vibrant atmosphere, strongly recommended.

Pros: Nice bread on the burgers. Nice vegan cheese!

Cons: It's pretty much vegan junk food.but they make

Cool ambient in Santiago - Edit

This is a very cool place to eat in Santiago, it's a little place with good ambient music and a nice crowd to hang out with.

Although me and my husband are not into "vegan fast food" this was a very delicious and home made experience of burger and fries!

The burgers were as much as huge as they were delicious, and the fries were served with delicious ketchup and mayo, all home made style.

Our dessert was a well chosen "petit" chocolate cake with orange filling that ended the meal in the perfect way!

The staff was very friendly and made us feel really welcomed although we didn't speak fluent Galician!
We'll be back! :)

Vegan, cosy, and artsy - Edit

Me and my wife had dinner at this cosy restaurant, very well situated near the historic center of Santiago de Compostela.

The lights were dim, there was some alternative music playing, there were some interesting handicrafts made with old bike parts like chains and inner tubes, as well as some glitch art on the walls... All this made Entre Pedras memorable even before I started eating!

I was pleasantly surprised with the huge size of the burgers that were served in rustic bread - that's the way I like them! We had the tofu/oats and lentils burgers, as well as a toast with haricot bean hummus. We quenched our thirst with very nice kukicha tea, served in beautiful iron teaware. All was very savory and we felt somewhat pampered by all this amazing food.

After spending the entire day travelling around Galicia, the warm indie vibe of Entre Pedras was perfect to replenish our energy before strolling through the historic core of Santiago and returning to Portugal. We hope to return to Santiago de Compostela with much more time for sightseeing, and we'll be sure to visit Entre Pedras again!

Pros: Cosy and artsy ambience, Very satisfying portions, Great location near the historic center

Maravilloso - Edit

We had toasts, one fajita (very good vegan cheese), lentils burger (very good) and one apple crumble.
All food has wheat (if you are gluten or wheat intolerant it's gonna be hard there

Pros: tastes good , good portions , prices

Cons: sign of the restaurant not visible !, all plates with wheat

Yummy and well priced! - Edit

Went here for dinner twice whilst in Santiago after the camino. Their food is so good with big portions and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the fries and the lentil burger! The downside is they don't serve food until 8:30pm.

I'm not rating 5 stars due to a single thing... - Edit

I arrived to the restaurant around 7pm, when it opened. The lady told me they would only start serving food around 8h30pm, so I had to wait a hour and a half to actually have diner... It is unacceptable for a restaurant claiming to open at 7pm and refusing to serve food until hour and a half later.

Regardless, the food was very tasty, high quality and cheap. I had the bean burger on a plate with potato, and the amount of food was huge (and I really appreciated that)! For dessert I had apple crumble (very soft and delicious) and a very tasty chocolate thingy.

I recommend it!

Pros: Tasty quality food, Cheap

Cons: Opens at 7pm but only serves food at 8:30pm

Super! - Edit

Nearly missed this place because the sign out front is so faded! I was able to order when I arrived at 8.30pm but it didn't get busy for at least another hour. There is a menu in English, and a nice variety of burgers, sandwiches and quesadillas, as well as desserts. Service was really nice, portions huge, and good value.
