Fresh veggie stir-fry!

The concept is that there is a salad bar full of fresh, uncooked veggies. You take a bowl, fill it to the brim with whatever veggies you like, select tofu (or fish, shrimp or meat for your flesh- eating friends) and either noodles, brown or white rice. Then they stir-fry it with sauce on a huge flat grill. Very tasty, fast and inexpensive. The place itself is no frills but the food is good, especially after a long bike ride on the nearby Michael Castle trail.

Pros: pick what you like to eat... customize!

Cons: not fancy
