Nice selection of vegan sandwiches - Edit
I have been to the Empire Bagels location in Carmel. They have a big selection of vegan "deli" sandwiches on the menu. I would like to see some healthier sandwich options added (many of the sandwiches are made with fake meat and Daiya cheese), but they look great for a treat. I really like the Vegan California!

There have a few great options, on your choice of bread (bagel, hero, or a couple others). Had their “Vegan Steak” special a couple times and have appreciated the cheezy goodness. Good atmosphere and location has ample parking. They’re a bit disorganized and the customer service is a bit on the lazy side, but mostly neutral-friendly. Menu on screens that occasionally change to a promotional screen while you’re trying to read it.

Gute vegane Optionen - Edit
Mein Mann und ich haben vegane bagels ausprobiert - Philly cheese und California und beide waren sehr lecker! Es gibt auch frisch gepresste Säfte die auch sehr gut waren. Wer sich nicht daran stört das es kein rein veganes Lokal ist, ist dort gut für den schnellen Hunger aufgehoben.

Excellent sandwiches - Edit
My husband and I had the Vegan Philly Steak and it was delicious, mine was on a roll and his was on an everything bagel. Both excellent. Our carnivore son even enjoyed the flavor. Would definitely recommend. The price wasn’t bad. But no vegan cream cheese 😔

Decor is great. Staff was pleasant. Went in for breakfast to dine in. Bagels look terrific however I couldn't have one because they had no vegan butter or cream cheese for them! The people I went with enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and bagels with cream cheese. Hope they get vegan butter and vegan cream cheese soon.

Cute deli with vegan menu - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to find out a deli in the area has vegan options. If you’re looking for healthy minimally processed plant based foods I would go somewhere else, but this place satisfied my greasy deli sandwich craving. I ordered the club sandwich, it was delicious and very filling! Nice atmosphere, lots of beverage and juice options on menu as well, quick and friendly service.

Great variety of vegan food - Edit
This was an unexpected surprise. Many of the items are tofu based, but they also serve soy meatballs, smoothie bowls and fresh juices. Everything I tasted (chicken Parm, meatball sub & California sandwich) was delicious. I’ll definitely be back for more.
