Beet the roots burger - Edit
As a starter we asked for the nachos with only guacamole and as a main the only vegan option on the menu at the time was the beet the roots burger, which has a good texture and taste. Please note that they still serve all fries with regular mayonnaise, but you can ask for vegan options, like the sauce that they use for the burger itself, ketchup or even guacamole (tastes great on fries too!).

Saved the day for us because we visited Mechelen on a Sunday and most places were shut. Nice location in a pedestrian area with outdoor seating. Vegan options were limited but what we had was excellent.
