Healthy & Customizable - Edit
I’ve eaten at Elixir a couple of times while passing through Mammoth Lakes. It’s the healthiest option I’ve found in the area, and I like the convenience of being able to customize your bowl. I wish the online ordering labelling for vegan options was more consistent, so I could order ahead.

This restaurant is a nice option to have in a town with not a lot of vegan options. Be aware that if you order the Thai Buddha Bowl, the red curry peanut sauce has seafood in it. They readily offered to instead dress it with a vegan peanut sauce that was tasty.

Every time I am in Mammoth I go to Elixir several times. I think it is the best option for clean vegan food in the area. It’s a build a bowl place with a lot of options and sauces that are vegan.

Delicious and filling, lots of vegan options - Edit
It was a relief to find Elixir in this town offering many hearty, meaty options. The bowls were generous, ingredients fresh, and sauces delicious. Honestly, I thought the prices were pretty good (13.95 for a bowl) compared to my hometown. Employees knew which sauces were vegan. A great choice in Mammoth Lakes!

Bowls are very tasty and filling but some of the labels aren’t quite right. The teriyaki sauce was not labeled vegan but a bowl containing it was which was a bit concerning.

We had the falafel, Patagonia and Thai Buddha bowls. The falafels themselves weren’t the best but the pesto was amazing. We loved the sauces on all 3 bowls! I love the generous serving of sauces and fresh veg too!

Delicious Gluten Free Vegan Options - Edit
This place has 100% Gluten Free kitchen. That is rare to find. It has a lot of vegan options. Most of their sauces and dressings are vegan. I provides baked tofu and falafels as proteins.

Very vegan friendly. A bit expensive and not the most filling if you’re really hungry.. but great option for a mountain town. Big plus: liquid aminos, spicy sauces and nutritional yeast.

This place has delicious bowls with quinoa, veggies, tofu etc. they also have pressed juices. Food is organic and Non-GMO. My boyfriend and I had a falafel bowl and a Patagonia bowl - both were great.
