I love how everything in elixiba is 100% vegan and homemade. They even infuse there own liquors. However the food can tend to be on the oily side sometimes, if your more use to whole foods. Still a great experience and the staff are always friendly.

Awesome dinner, perfect for a special occasion - Edit
We'd already been to Elixiba about 2 years ago in Byron Bay, and our experience there was good enough to remember it as one of the best dinners in Aussie!
Read moreSo we were very excited to see there was an Elixiba in Sunshine Coast, where we happened to be staying for a couple of days this time.
And, well, it was great again. Everything in this restaurant is created to make sure you get an amazing fine dining experience: the ambience, the presentation, the light, the style of the place.
The food was delicious, it's also good to know they use wholesome ingredients. You can really see that healthy in this case actually means even more flavour, not less!
If there was Elixiba where we live, we probably wouldn't go to those "vegan options" places too often.
I'm glad they're expanding and opening restaurants in new locations, the more the better! If I owned a restaurant, it would be something like this, simply awesome!

I had been dying to visit Elixiba and it did not disappoint. It’s so nice knowing everything on the menu is plant based. My meal was delicious and the service was great!!

Great Vegan Restaurant - Edit
Another great example of a full plant based restaurant. As a vegan you appreciate not having to ask what I can and can't eat. I had the man-eater burger and it was very large and appetising. First time trying coco-marri and I was impressed at how similar the texture was to the real deal. Finished the meal off with a desert of raspberry fields. The desert was very well balanced with sweet and tart flavors. Very nice way to end the meal. The staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely be returning here for a break from cooking.

We were lucky enough to come in today and try their brand new menu! We had the jackfruit curry and breaky flatbread. Delicious is an understatement! Love this place and they donate money to help animals. Let’s support this place!!

Really disliked choc cake tower, too sweet and rich, couldnt finish, and can't recommend getting that. A bit too pricy.

Elixiba has AMAZING food vibes!! The sliders are a must but everything on the menu is great. Awesome range of vegan cocktails and beers too. Some of the profits also go to charity when dining here! Great feeling all round :)

food is delicious, staff friendly & the decor is wonderful! however serving sizes are a bit small, especially for the price. Elixiba is a great place for a night out on the coast without having to worry about non vegan ingredients in your food and drinks :)

Delicious food and great service! Had several tapas to share: humble sliders, smokehouse sliders, tacos con todo and gotu kola samosa and handcut chips, as well as the raw apple pie and tower of heaven for desert! Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious as well as satisfying. Customer service was fantastic - all staff friendly and helpful when asking about menu items, and offer their recommendations as well. Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often! Only downside was some menu items a little hard to eat (tacos and smokehouse sliders) but that's part of the fun! Overall great restaurant and experience! Even omni's would agree ?

Food is original and tasty but small expensive portions. Only filling food is oily/ greasy. I have a big appetite so I ate before and after having dinner at Elixibar. But it's a great venue in a good location, so better for drinks and socialising than a good meal.

Some of the most creative vegan food I have had the pleasure of eating. This place is very impressive. The vegan 'coconut calamari' is worth the trip alone. I could rave on and on, but upshot is you need to go here!

This is a lovely little restaurant. My fiancé and I had dinner here the other night, we ordered the tacos and nachos to share, both dishes were so delicious. I loved the Mexican coconut and bean mix on the nachos and the vegan cheese. For dessert I ordered the raw apple crumble, it came with salted caramel coconut ice cream which was the most amazing thing ever! So yummy! The price was a little more than what we were expecting (for the portion size) but I think that just because you can tell they use only the best products. Will definitely be back!

We had the most beautiful food and drink experience at Elixiba. What a fantastic concept and I loved that there was some raw options on the menu as well as cooked deliciousness for my family. We are already trying to work out a plan to come back tomorrow for lunch. A great deal of thought has gone into this place. Very impressive!
