Fried avocado tacos for breakfast - Edit
This is the only vegan option on the breakfast menu (and tbh someone should fact check me on if the batter is vegan, you order from a tablet and it’s hard to find someone to ask at 6 AM). They have coffee with oat, almond, and soy milk options. Breakfast potatoes come as a side with all dishes and are roasted to perfection. The tacos are totally customizable so you can add salsas, fajitas, beans and rice for free (guac is also available at an up-charge). I’m not sure what the laws in Texas say about alcohol for breakfast but you won’t find any you can order here despite the bar with alcohol being displayed.

No vegan options at all - Edit
Just checked and it has not even 1 vegan option. It does not have the impossible foods. Nothing to eat here.

Pricey!! - Edit
So... airport food is just overpriced, right? This place wanted $11 for Chips and salsa. Shouldn't this be complementary at any texmex restaurants?
Read moreVegan options were available - basically just modified vegetarian options.
We paid $20 for a burger with a vegan upcharge of $4.50. What! If we would've had time to look around, we would have. Either way, service was quick and burger was yummy. It was actually WAY bigger than expected (2 patties) so it'll be saved for a second meal! Yay!
Pros: Good food, Fast service
Cons: Expensive

Impossible tacos aren’t vegan by default - Edit
Their impossible tacos are good but not vegan. You need to special request to get without the creme, and get the brown rice since the Spanish has chicken stock. Also ask for no sour creme.

Rice wasnt great and also came with a bowl of black beans which seem to have come straight from the can.

Lots of Impossible options - Edit
Lots of Impossible (ground beef-style) options. Some, like the tostadas, have the cheese mixed in and can’t be made vegan, but they were happy to take the cheese and avocado crema off my tacos and were generous with the guacamole I added! The rice was a little undercooked but everything was good.

Cons: Not many vegan options but some easy to veganize
