El Mon always delivers! - Edit
This is a nice place to eat with several vegan options on the menu. I enjoy the vegetariana Chile rellano without cheese or sour cream. Really tasty. Their vegetariana enchiladas and tacos are also quite good. Most, if not all their sides are vegan too. Also theur chips and warm salsa are addicting! I love this place and am glad to have a place to frequent when I visit Georgetown.
Pros: Food is good, Staff is good, most food is grown locally
Cons: can run out of items when really busy

They have veggie chile relleno, empanadas, tacos, guacamole. Great atmosphere and fun building. Everything made from scratch. In a town with not as many veggie options, its nice to have this here.
