Serves meat, vegan options available. Quick service fresh Lebanese food. Vegan choices may include falafel wraps & plates with hummus, baba ganoush, tabouleh and more. Open Mon-Fri 12:00-23:30, Sat 12:00-00:00.
Closed Sun.
I had the falafel plate adapted to be made vegan (they substituted babaganoush instead of moutabal, which has yogurt). The waiter understood what vegan meant and spoke some English, so it was easy to communicate about the food. The plate was very delicious, but it was so much food, I couldn’t finish it.
El Dayaa is a fairly classic Lebanese restaurant that offers quite a few vegan options (vine leaves, hummus, eggplant caviar, falafel, etc.), in sandwich or plate form. It's good without being outstanding, but the prices are fair and the service is quick. The restaurant has a terrace which would be pleasant if the road were a little further along.
