Has several clearly labeled vegan choices which may include alcapurrios (fritters made with yucca and madanga, topped with mushroom fricasse), hummus, bifongo balls (fried plantains) and tostones al ajillo (stir fried green plantains). Open Mon 9:00am-5:00pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.

Unexpected treat

After we toured the Bacardí distillery, we were enjoying our drinks when we noticed this stall at the colorful building by the bar. Half of their menu is marked vegan! We got the tostones, hummus with yuca chips, and alcapurrias and they were so good!

Heads up though, the only sauce that was vegan was the local hot sauces but the cashier was very helpful.

Highly recommend trying these if you're stopping by for some rum!

Pros: Lots of options, Creative local dishes

Cons: Attached to the distillery, not easy to get to
