Nice Sandwiches

We ate here several times whilst in Havana. We always had the vegan humus and avocado sandwich because everything else was meat; but the sandwich was great, as was the coffee. Always the latest issue of Granma too! We liked their sensitive restoration of a lovely old building with a tiled interior, and the staff were bright and eager.

Pros: Everything

Cons: A larger vegan menu would be nice.

Breakfast saviour!

Friendly, clean and tasty sandwiches! They have two vegan options on their fairly compact menu. A sandwich and a breakfast plate. There is also a fruit plate. The sandwich was a rare gem in Cuba, so much so I had it twice and visited the cafe 3 times! The options are basic, but there isn’t A lot of choice in Havana, so it’s very welcome!

Pros: Clear menu and in English / Spanish , Friendly staff, Neighbourhood cat visitor! 😻

Cons: Can be long waits

best place in Cuba

The juices are literally amazing! And the hummus and sandwiches we tried too! And it's so pretty. We will go back there immediately we are hungry again
