Limited options but accommodating staff - Edit
The only vegan choice listed as such is a vegan burger (the Beyond burger actually). Staff were willing to accommodate and veganize other options if possible, for example the let me know the vegetarian lassagne can be made vegan. Anyway there were at least a couple of vegan dishes from the Spanish cuisine: gazpacho and salmorejo (remember to specify niether hard boiled egg nor Serrano ham bites)

Pros: Staff were willing to accommodate, Fantastic location, Pb milk for coffee
Cons: Limited choices, could add a few more , Fish and seafood smell

Some vegan options - Edit
This restaurant has a nice location at the beach. They do serve a lot of fish, but the staff is really helpfull to make something vegan. I had the quinoa salad with avocado which was nice, but not very tasteful. There were more vegan options where I could choose from.
