Exceptional fine dining - Edit
Exceptional service and food, with stunning views over Banff. The 8-course Grand Degustation menu is changed seasonally and comes in a fully vegetarian version; the night we dined 5 of the 8 courses were available vegan. Exquisite food, beautifully presented, with extensive wine options to accompany. Fine dining and priced accordingly.
