We were so excited to try this place based on the reviews and made a special trip from Sitges to try it for lunch. Unfortunately, when we arrived the owner explained it's not actually a restaurant and is instead a private club and we couldn't eat there. So strange! He offered us take away, which I guess we could have eaten on the street, but didn't really seem like a viable option. What a waste of a trip to Vilanova!

We recently went and were told the same but we were told we could join by giving our details, no charge or anything. So we did. We ate there and it was very nice and really good price. I guess we are members now!

Read moreI always explain that, if you arrive before 15.30h you can have lunch inside as a member, just by registering on our book and enjoy the Ecoconscient experience. RESERVATION ALWAYS HELPS, and in some days is definitely necessary.

This was a good surprise find - a friend from Vilanova asked around about where to eat vegan for me, and took us to this restaurant. The server was lovely and spoke English, and made us a meal that was delicious but still felt really healthy, plus some veganised versions of traditional Catalan dishes. Even the nonvegans were happy - definitely check it out!
