I've been here a couple times they only have a few vegan substitution options but the ones they do have are good

I absolutely adore eatcetera. They have vegan options clearly marked on the menu and you won't find any boring veggie burgers here. Everything is very fresh and the flavor combinations are extremely unique. They also vegan mayo by request in their sauce. Always fresh always awesome!

super cool restaurant with great vegan options - Edit
We really enjoyed Eatcetera. It has a really cool vibe, and the vegan sandwiches were really good. The true highlight of our meal, however, were the soups. They were so fresh and delicious, we savored every bite. It's obvious this restaurant takes food and fresh ingredients very seriously.

Best vegetarian sandwhich I have found on the island by far!!! Also they always have a weekly vegetarian special and delicious daily vegetarian soups!! Yummm!
