Places like this that focus on presentation and healthy ingredients often lack in taste and flavour, but that is definitely not the case here. We had the buddha bowl and the waffles and they were both delicious.

Wide menu with lots of vegan options clearly marked. You write down your order and take it to the till. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Wish I could go back to try more of the menu!

Hearty and Fresh - Edit
We arrived after a big hike and were greeted warmly. We had Guacamole with Banana Chips which was incredibly tasty. Superfood Salad was a feast in itself and the Buddha Bowl had so many flavours. The sauces are a must. Coffee was great too and it took everything in our power not to order dessert. It’s worth every inch of the trip out of town.

Really good food and a choice of mouth watering cakes, mostly raw and vegan. The tempeh is fantastic. I really liked the tropical bamboo furniture inside, with seatings at different levels, standard chairs or the traditional low table and seat on a cushion. The little shop has a good selection of ecological and organic products including essential oil, natural supplements and toiletries.

It was delicious, so fresh and filling. The sauce was nutty with a slight kick to it.

My wife and I went here twice. The tempeh in the Japanese curry and the buddha bowl was excellent. Also, the vegan waffles were made better than I've seen other vegan waffles made. The deserts were tasty too.

This was the most expensive meal I have had all my time in Thailand but it also was the absolute best. And so many healthy options too. I loved it... It was worth the splurge if you have something extra to spend.

Best healthy vegan food in pai - Edit
It's the second time I'm in pai and both times I was here every day. Although the menu is not completely vegan, they have a lot vegan options. The restaurant is cozy and the staff is super lovely. My favourites are the herbal shakes, gluten free waffle, Buddha bowl, mocha ice cream and the passion fruit kombucha. Give it a try! :)

Read moreHonestly, Earth Tone is my favourite place to eat in Pai for many reasons. I'm a health nut and I love food and this place hits every one of my cravings and needs. Its a perfect place for vegans, vegetarians and people wanting to switch to the vegan lifestyle. I've had almost everything on their menu over the years - My 'go-to's' are the Buddha Bowl, the Yellow Smoothie Bowl, the Spirulina Shake and a cappuccino with coconut milk. I highly recommend ordering the Pesto Sandwich with tempeh added and their homemade gluten free bread! You'll have to try all of their amazing raw and vegan desserts too, you can't go wrong with any choice you make.
The vibe of the restaurant is super comforting and cozy and the staff are so friendly. The portions are generous and the prices are completely fair, especially for the quality of ingredients they use for their dishes.
The location is great as well - Take your scooter for a ride after you eat!
Another bonus is their shop in the restaurant where you can buy anything from local spices and vitamins, to clothes, health and beauty products and food and drinks such as homemade vegan yogurt, kombucha, local rice and more.
Love, love, love this place and I tell anyone and everyone to come here... You won't be disappointed!😄BIG thumbs up Earth Tone!!!

Tasty healthy food and lovely atmosphere! Most of the menu is vegan except for some dishes containing honey or eggs but it's clearly labeled. Local seasonal vegetables and fruits are used. Dessert menu is huge and has loads of raw options! Staff is friendly.
