Beware the pizza - Edit
Stopped in for happy hour with a friend as I know they added a plant based section to the menu. We saw they had a kale and mushroom pizza and decided to split it with our cocktail. The pizza came and to our surprise had a white sauce on it , the menu never listed a sauce so I assumed it would be tomato. When we went to eat it we discovered the white sauce was in fact mayo?? My friend is a big mayo fan and couldn't even make it through a single slice. Our server noticed we weren't into the pizza and offered to get us something else, she was great and very nice about it. She wasn't aware the menu didn't list this pizza came with mayo as the sauce, she did tell us it's sent back frequently. So service and drink was totally fine but that pizza was not it.
Read moreMore generally, there aren't a ton of vegan options but a few. I've avoided ordering fried items due to cross contamination. I've had hit or miss service at this location in the past but more recently it seems to have improved. I'd return for a happy hour cocktail but not for the food.
Location is large with lots of tables for seating. A small patio area along the street side. It can get louder during peak hours. Happy hour prices are decent. No parking as it's downtown so street or parkade only.
Pros: Happy hour pricing, Service has improved
Cons: Pizza was not good

The Best Vegan Powerbowl - Edit
Earl's Vegan Quinoa Powerbowl is the absolute best! It is simple but with many diverse ingredients that make it so tasty and filling, all while being healthy.
Read moreThere is roasted squash and beets, a half an avocado, quinoa, romaine and crispy chickpeas. You can get tofu as an add on but it isn't needed.
Pair the goodness with some badness....their french fries are thin and in my opinion, also better than the rest.
Pros: Vegan section of the menu, Great service, Tasty, great value and filling
Cons: No vegan dessert

Delicious buffalo cauliflower app and will forever be mystified by how they make the crispy tofu so crispy on the outside and silky on the inside.
