Da es in Südtirol generell nur sehr wenige vegane Essensmöglichkeiten gibt, ist es umso bemerkenswerter, dass der Drumlerhof eine derartig hervorragende vegane Küche hat! Sehr empfehlenswert! Am besten, man erkundigt sich beim Kellner, welche Gerichte vegan sind, da es in der Speisekarte nicht immer vermerkt ist.
