Good service

Sometimes I order a vegan pizza but with a cheesy crust. They will then call me to verify the order and say "The cheese is not vegan. Are you sure that's OK?"
I like that, it shows they care :)

Pros: The staff cares, Vegan menu is growing (slowly)

Cons: It's commercialised pizza, let's be honest here, Only take-away
