love this place. one of the first veg spots i went to before going completely vegan. i don’t think you can go wrong here. the food is out of this world. the chicken is scary realistic and the curly cheese fries are out of this world. they also employ vegans which i 💘love💘.

This place is just great. If there is one problem I would have, it would be the price, but the venue makes it understandable. They NEED to bring back the chicken and waffles as a permanent item

Perfect comfort food, southern style bbq deliciousness. Got the Orange Bird sandwich based on the cashier’s recommendation and was certainly not disappointed. Also got the DFC Bowl with Buffalo Mac n Cheese, wow was that good too. It’s in the middle of a nice public market so a great spot to chill and eat

Just ridiculous. The Nashville chick'n sandwich was so good that even my omni bf loved it--and he is hard to please when it comes to mock meats! The buffalo mac and cheese is one of my favorite things in the world. And I love the waterfront atmosphere.

We only tried the cheesy curly fries and the roasted brussel sprouts as a snack. The sprouts were tasty but too few for $4. The fries were too heavy in terms of oil but good in quantity.

I love going to Armature Works for Dixie Dharma! When I come here I go for the Nashville Hawt but have had the Orange Bird and Brew Burger and everything was amazing. There Mac and cheese comes in 3 different flavors: I like the Buffalo the best but there original is really flavorful too. If you aren’t in the mood for a sandwich, get the DFC Bowl, it’s basically a KFC bowl but better and vegan.

Just had the most frustrating 2hr experience at this place and will never be returning. We waited 30 minutes standing in line to order and another hour waiting for food. There were only two people working and the place was packed. They were sold out of the burger I had planned to order. They quoted us 20/25 minutes when we ordered and it was far more. After around an hour I was considering just leaving and disputing the charge with my credit card company because we had already paid. When we finally got our food it was just “okay”….but I also was hangry by then so I was judging it harshly. I felt like they took $50 from me plus the $10 to park and then I was forced to wait. All the while seeing people from other restaurants ordering, eating, and leaving. I want vegan restaurants to flourish, but this poor experience had nothing to do with meatless food. Never. Again.

I had the Nashville Chikn Sandwich with the cheesy curly fries and I have to say it was the best meal I had on my trip to Florida! The portions were great for the price, the service was great (everyone was very friendly), and it really tasted amazing!

I really hate to give bad reviews to vegan places but that’s how we find the good places. Their chickun, supposedly with 17 secret spices, (DFC like KFC) was bland and overly chewy. We didn’t see one speck of a spice in the coating, and it tasted like cooking oil and air. The bbq sauce was good, thankfully, and I sure used it liberally to get some flavor. Save your dough and get Gardein.

Read moreThe manager and server at the register had NO clue what options worked for someone with this question, they didn't apologize and just hoped I would walk away regardless of how kind I was when asking questions.
I've worked in the industry for over a decade, you NEVER look blankly at a customer and you at least TRY to memorize your menu that has maybe 8 menu items tops.
It was so very basic and nothing like the Orlando location which is leaps and bounds more impressive with almost no difference in menu.
Super disappointing.
Cons: Gluten free options are salad versions of meals, Staff is not knowledgeable on menu, Short menu, very little options

The menu is smaller than the Orlando brick and mortar, but everything is so good! The DFC bowl is an absolute show stopper for vegans and non vegans. The plant based chikn is so realistic. Dixie offers some delicious vegan eats. We had the DFC bowl, the brew burger, DHarma fried chik’un, and chopped salad. The Chik’un is amazing! Even the dips were delicious. It’s located inside Heights Public Market and it’s super busy on the weekends

This vegan establishment is located in Downtown Tampa. This cafe is counter service in a food court setting. The service was good. The food was expensive for how much you got. Expect about a 15 minute walk to get to your car.

I had this spot last minute for my bday.. and took my 6 year old with me who is more pescatarian for now. But I always order for her just in case. LISTENN my daughter was upset she did not have more Mac n cheese.. and she loves the chin. I had the dfc bowl and bussel sprouts s instead of corn. Too good!!!! I went back that Tuesday to order Chen for my Christmas meal. It was PERFECT!! And the staff are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
