Un super resto vegan - Edit
J’ai été 3 fois, la première fois subjugee c’était excellent c’était des arancini avec du fromage dedans (délicieux). Et les 2 fois suivantes c’était pendant l’été, ils proposaient tapas comme menu unique, c’était bon mais pas transcendant, mais très varié. Les desserts sont un poil en dessous des plats salés, la sélection de fromage est top.

The best in Bordeaux - Edit
Simply the best culinary vegan experience in Bordeaux. Don't come here without a booking; the place is quite small and can't accomodate many people. The only waiter spoke English well. Portions aren't huge, but quality is good. Come here to have your taste buds challenged!

Le Parmentier (plat) était excellent par contre!
Pas eu le temps de prendre de dessert; le jus de pomme chaud aux épices était délicieux :)
Attention à bien réserver, en tout cas pour le week-end!

The food was excellent! Had the two entrees and two mains and the cheese. The cauliflower was melt in your mouth and hazelnuts added so much texture. Compliments to the chef! The waiter was also lovely and so was the wine. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The carpaccio and the fromage were the best! Also ordered the gratin and the poached pear for dessert. Make a reservation before hand, I came exactly when opened so I had been able to eat there but others after me were refused. There is limited space in the bistro - around 5 tables not including the bar and outdoor seat.

Je suis venue pendant qu'ils servaient leur carte d'Octobre, et tout fut absolument délicieux. Etant venus à plusieurs, j'ai pu goûter toutes les options du menu du moment en échangeant mon assiette avec mes voisins, et il n'y a pas eu un seul plat décevant. Dis-Leur utilisent des produits locaux et de saison, et concoivent des plats originaux et qui n'utilisent pas d'ingrédients ultra transformés. Bien que j'apprécie aussi la junk-food végane, ça fait du bien d'avoir un restaurant qui propose des plats un peu plus élevés et sains, sans sacrifier la saveur et le plaisir gustatif, je dois le préciser.

Pour moi, ce sera une visite incontournable à chaque fois que je me rend à Bordeaux.
I came when they were serving their October menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. Having come as a group, I was able to taste all the current menu options by swapping plates with my neighbours, and not a single dish was disappointing. Dis-Leur uses products which are local and in season, and they create original dishes which don't use any ultra processed ingredients. While I also like vegan junk-food, it's satisfying to have a restaurant which offers dishes which are somewhat elevated and healthy, without sacrificing flavour and tasting pleasure, I must specify.
To top it all off, Dis-Leur manages to offer an affordable price for a menu of such freshness and quality: 24€ for starter-main or main-dessert, and 30€ for starter-main-dessert.
To me, this will be an unavoidable visit every time I visit Bordeaux.

During summer the dinner menu consist of tapas, and you can also have the Tapas Plate for 2 people, which comes with all of the available dishes plus seitan teriyaki.

We were very lucky to get a table and were surprised at the size of the queue outside at 7:30pm on a Wednesday in early July.

Make sure to ask about allergens. The excellent “fromage”/“cheese” is made from cashews. There are sesame seeds on the delicious seitan.
The restaurant is attractive, if small, with a very nice cellar converted to additional seating. It was not too crowded when fully seated. The background music was well chosen and not too loud.

La meilleur expérience gustative que j'ai pu connaître jusqu'à présent. Tout était présent... Un endroit intimiste. Des prix très abordables au vu de la qualité de la cuisine et des boissons. L'été, le restaurant passe en mode tapas à partager, c'est convivial, l'équipe est plus qu'adorable, c'est l'endroit où l'on fête nos anniversaires, nos moments importants, bref : LE resto vegan de bordeaux
Qui plus est, c'est hyper agréable d'avoir un restaurant 100% vegan avec des assiettes très travaillées, une belle présentation, des produits bruts maniés à la perfection, la preuve que la cuisine végétale peut être belle, complète et savoureuse pour plaire à tout le monde !

The welcome is friendly and it's best to book in advance.
I enjoyed a starter of lentil and walnut rillettes and buckwheat crackers.
The main course, a marinated tofu fritter with home fries and lacto-fermented red cabbage with a homemade tartar sauce,
And a dessert: a chocolate ganache, with fleur de sel caramel, dark chocolate granola with timut pepper and a leaf with a taste of honey!
A delight for the taste buds!
I was even able to sample a board of quality plant-based cheeses! Ideal for sharing with friends
The decor is perfect, with nods to veganism everywhere!
In short, this is one of Bordeaux's must-visit places for vegan gastronomy!
