This place has a “traditional menu” and a vegan menu. Tons of options here for vegans. The place is small so if you can’t get a table, just order for carry out!

Yummy Mexican - Edit
They have a whole section of the menu dedicated to vegans. The prices are great and the food was delicious. Interesting, unique atmosphere in the restaurant.

unique offerings of quesadillas, bowls & burritos. love that they have a vegan menu and regular one, great to go with non vegan friends/family. vegan elote was 🔥, plus the napoleon dynamite quesedilla and hot chick bowl with buffalo cauliflower.
Read morethey use beyond meat and vegan cheese but forgot to ask which brand. if you’re not into the more “processed “ vegan foods, this may not be for you. food took a little while to come out but it was really yummy! also out of vegan churros☹️ but i’d go back just to try them and something else on the menu. 💃🏻

Wish I could give it 5 stars... - Edit
Exceptional. You're greeted by colorful and fun artistry on the exterior and walk in to a quaintly decorated barrio style interior with the option to seat yourself in the outdoor patio with a fountain. I was there during happy hour and had the place nearly to myself, only two other tables had diners so perhaps the service was exceptional because it was easy, but... the service was exceptional. Very friendly and upbeat. Ordered the California Vegan Burrito. Fantastic taste, good portion, no skimping. Full back side of the menu devoted to vegan options... kind of wish I could give it 5 stars but I understand what Happy Cow is trying to do and I agree, this place stands out though in spite of offering meat options. Will go back every time my travels bring me to Scottsdale.

Fabulous, unique Mexican food! - Edit
Separate vegan menu! Knowledgeable server about best vegan choices! Great drinks! I had a pear margarita that was perfect. The Mac daddy dilla (vegan mac and cheese and chickpea chorizo quesadilla) was delicious and so creative. The chickpea chorizo tacos were flavorful and a definite repeat! Even the salsa and chips the server brought upon greeting us was impressive. Our teen is not vegan and had a great omni options, so it’s a wonderful choice for a mixed group. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Overflowing quesadillas - Edit
My mom and I came for dinner, we both each just got one of their “dillas” it ended up coming to about $40. The food itself was exactly what it says it is- a quesadilla stuffed full with a bunch of toppings. I got a vegan one and my mom get a regular one; the regular one seemed far more put together than my vegan one but it was just food that makes you feel a little bad about yourself afterwards. Probably wouldn’t go back but it was an interesting culinary experience.

I had heard great things about Dilla Libre and was excited to try them out. It did not disappoint! There is a full vegan menu and our server was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations. We had the carne asada totchos and the Napoleon Dynamite Dilla. We loved both! I would definitely recommend eating here. As a bonus, they even have vegan cupcakes for dessert!

Pretty good. Order a dilla! - Edit
We stopped here bc we moved near it and wanted to go somewhere within walking distance. My sons each ordered the plain cheese kids dilla, and my husband got the Napoleon. They were all pleased! Unfortunately I went with the chickpea chorizo taco and it was inedible. First of all, I felt nauseous when I eat too much oil, and asked the server if it was oily. She said no, but the potatoes in the tacos are just fried potato chips, so obviously oily and I wish she had mentioned that. However, the bigger problem was that the taco “meat” was sooooo salty that it was inedible. I do not have a sweet tooth and am a total salt lover, so when I say it’s salty I mean it’s SALTY. I took the left overs bc I hate wasting food, but sadly just ended up tossing them. Major bummer. The only seasonings were chili powder and SALT. The margaritas were good. We will be back bc we are in the neighborhood, but I’ll steer clear of the tacos!

Delicious - Edit
It’s refreshing going to a restaurant and having a full vegan menu to look at! They are very knowledgeable about all their vegan offerings, and there are many. They use Beyond meat (not Impossible as stated in the description), and Good Planet cheese, which is so good! They also have chorizo made from chickpeas as a veg option and their tempura cauliflower is the best I’ve ever had. I would give 5 stars if they would allow it. Eat here, you will love it.

They served me cheese and meat - Edit
I REALLY wanted to like this place. They have a vegan menu. I ordered vegan queso and the cauliflower burrito. Unfortunately, they brought me traditional queso and a meat burrito and didn’t notice until I’d eaten the queso and had not yet started on the burrito. They were apologetic, but wouldn’t refund me. They offered me a free meal next time. Ummm...I’m not eating somewhere again when they don’t even pay enough attention to know if customers are getting the vegan items they ordered. This is why I prefer to eat at vegan restaurants. I haven’t eaten dairy in 7 years and expect this will make me sick.

Very Vegan Mexican - Edit
I was going to be in the area and looking for a vegan friendly restaurant. I found Dilla Libre on the Happy Cow app. We went for lunch and I couldn’t believe how vegan friendly they are. They had 3 pages of vegan options, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, to name a few. I ordered the Hippie Dilla and my husband got the California Dilla and they were both excellent. The quesadillas were large, we were only going to eat half, but they were so good we ended up eating the whole thing. I will definitely be coming back for more, so many other items I want to try. I love Mexican food and it’s hard to find places that give you a vegan option, let alone an entire separate menu.

Good for -ish Vegans - Edit
My husband and I ended up here because we thought it was Pho King, but the management owns both chains and has switched this over to a Dilla Libre location. We were in the area for the MVD on the second Wednesday of the month when they are closed until noon, so we decided to try it. There are multiple options made with Impossible Meat, so if you aren’t looking for healthy options and aren’t grossed out by meat substitutes, this place is good. They also have chips and vegan queso which was nice to see. The salsa was really tasty! I’m not a big Daia cheese fan, but my husband liked his quesadilla.

Cons: Not many straight veg options
