廸立印度健康蔬食坊 is a gourmet style Indian vegetarian restaurant preparing dishes with emphasis on ingredients from organic and/or local farm sources. Specialties include wholewheat kiln-baked cheese pizza (dairy), and seasonal vegetables hot pot (steamboat). Menu is in Chinese, and marks every dish by the type of vegetarian diet that it is included in: egg, dairy, five pungents (onion, garlic, and other allium-family plants), or pure vegetarian (excluding egg, dairy, and "five pungents").
