Hearty and wholesome - Edit
Daily menu seems to change, but they do state that you can always ask for gluten free and vegan options.
Read moreThe main course of today was a tomato based vegetable stew with brown rice and Rømers vegan meat balls. Delicious, hearty and wholesome and fairly priced too. Highly recommended
Pros: Clearly states that you can ask for vegan options, Reasonably priced, Delicious
Cons: Extra charge for vegan milk in coffee, Had to ask to make sure the dish was vegan

Nice vibes and interior - Edit
I really like the choice of interior. The staff was friendly, however a bit forgetful, needed to remind some of the order both for the main and the coffee.
Read moreThere were two choice, a salad and a sandwich, both with hummus. We went with the sandwich, it was okay but really expensive compared to it being bread, hummus, cabbage, pickled onions and a bit of seasoned oil.
The brownie was tasty.
Pros: Interior , Friendly staff, Great cappuccino
Cons: Pricy compared to product

Hygge and nice, healthy food - Edit
Great place in a central location and with lovely dishes. Food changes daily, you usually have a handful of different dishes to choose from, most of them vegetarian or vegan. I love the soups, the filled pancakes, and basically everything I've ever had here.
Read moreThe place itself is quite cute with loads of old, second hand furniture.
You order at the till, and the staff will bring you your order.
Pros: Healthy, Big portions, Cosy atmosphere
Cons: Quite expensive

Go get that hygge feeling - Edit
If you’re in Silkeborg, this is a lovely place to relax and have amazing food.
Read moreTheir cauliflower coconut soup with fresh bread is delicious and was filling enough (even though the portion was not huge). Also had their chai larte with soy milk: the chai came in a teapot and was amazingly spicy and warming, and the soymilk was foamed in a seperate container. Also, the atmosphere is cute and hyygeligt and the staff is very friendly! Would definitely go there again anytime! Also seems to be 90-100% ecological and 100% vegetarian! 🙌🏻
Pros: Tasty+Healthy, Vegetarian, Ecological
Cons: Not vegan, Pricey (but hey it is Denmark)
