A small vegan bakery and cafe. Offers a range of sweet and vegan snacks from its window in the morning. As Aug 2015 no more lunch. The owners also teach raw food making classes. Open hours vary, so check ahead. Relocated from Strada Nicolae Bălcescu 3. Open Mon-Fri 1:00pm-7:30pm, Sat-Sun 10:30am-7:30pm.

Amazing Raw pastries - Edit
We really enjoyed their pastries. We spoke with the owner and her husband and they are really friendly. They even gave us some more for free as a trial ! Thank's again

Lovely desserts and snacks - Edit
They always have a bunch of scrumptious looking desserts on display. We were only able to try two, but both were great. We also bought some homemade chips that they make with an assortment of seeds. These were a great snack as we trekked Transylvania.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try their soups or other savory foods.

I can't believe this place exists in Brasov. You have to stop by, tap on the window, and order as many desserts as you can carry with you. They were absolutely incredible and the ladies are really nice. I've been twice already and can't wait to go back.
Pros: Delicious desserts, Friendly people, Big selection

A gem for vegans in Brasov - Edit
With scarce options in the areas for those who don't eat meat, Delicious Raw is a must. So glad we found this place, nestled in the old city. The owners are very friendly (they sent us away with a "gift" - assorted sweet treats - on our first visit!). With no seating, this place is great to stock up for a day exploring the old town, or hiking up Mt Tampa, as we did.
Food, while not expansive in its variety, was lovingly made and very delicious!
Highly recommended.
