Très grand choix vegan - Edit
Super resto asiatique avec une carte entièrement vegan. Coup de cœur pour le canard laqué vegan à la sauce sichuan. Un délice !! Et c'était en plus la première fois que je goûtais une alternative vegan au canard. Propose également des alternatives au poulet, au calamar et aux scampis. Le personnel est en plus très sympathique. Petit bémol par contre : pas de vin vegan à la carte.

Le restaurant De Yuan propose une carte entière d'options vegan, avec des potages, des entrées et des nombreux plats. La nourriture est copieuse et les prix sont très corrects. Nous avons goûté le canard laqué vegan et c'était délicieux!

Comme marqué dans un autre avis, cet endroit mérite 5 étoiles. L'accueil est toujours parfait, le personnel est super gentil et attentionné. La carte vegan séparée est très bien fournie, il y a de quoi manger. J'ai goûté à plusieurs plats et tout est délicieux et en bonne quantité. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restos chinois qui offrent du Vegan et ce resto-ci est une très belle découverte.

Full vegan menu in a Chinese restaurant! - Edit
We were very surprised to find a full vegan menu in a Chinese restaurant. We tried a few different dishes and they were all super good, very tasty. We had a vegan "Peking duck" and it's very close to the original dish.

Une carte entière végane (séparée du menu non végan). Du poulet végan, canard végan, un resto impeccable, service impeccable. Bref je recommande fortement surtout si comme moi vous avez une famille qui ne mange même pas végétarien

Not usually a big fan of fake meats but the sweet n sour chicken and roast duck were delicious. We went on a Friday night and unfortunately the service was very slow to get our mains but friendly staff and the food was great.

Separate menu card with all the vegan options, a lot of choice of traditional Chinese food (veganised), the "Chou-chou" hotpot soup with cabbage is an experience (I never ate something similar, so can't compare with the original non-vegan dish, but it tastes really good and there's fire involved ;))
Read moreOur main dishes were the vegan duck with soy sauce (very good taste and structure, a bit more cabbage would have been nice, but it felt and tasted like how I remember it from back when I still ate meat) and the "shrimps" in Gongbao sauce (has more veggies in it and the "shrimps" are also very good!!)
All in all, real Chinese food, but vegan😉(also, not too greasy!!)

This restaurant offers a separate vegan menu, with a large selection of soups, starters and main dishes. Two 3-course formules are also proposed, I tried one of them.

La cuisine est très bonne, aussi pour les plats non-végé si d'autres personnes vous accompagnent. Il y a beaucoup d'options véganes, dans un menu à part, ça fait vraiment plaisir !

Friendly staff, nicely decorated restaurant and absolutely delicious. There is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu, so do ask for this menu if given the standard one as the latter does not mention the vegetarian/vegan options.
Read moreFor information, I have scanned the brochure which lists the vegetarian/vegan options. To confirm, 'vegan poulet' for instance is effectively vegan, made by a company in Taiwan.
