I've asked the lady preparing the baguettes if they had anything vegan to which she replied that didn't at the time, but she was nice enough to prepare one from scratch for me which I have to say was really delicious. I wasn't expecting this sort of quality from a place like this.

The Best Fresh Orange Juice! - Edit
This place had exactly what we needed to get on the train with some vegan options. They offer vegan labeled sandwiches that are made all day and ready to go. Best of they have fresh squeezed orange juice at a very reasonable price. You can fill/make your own bottle of juice so it’s made when you are ready.
