I've been trying to go vegan lately and at the botanie they really think along. I wanted a non vegan cocktail to be vegan and they easily veganised it 😊

Nous avons très bien mangé. Beaucoup d’options végé et vegan. Peut-être un peu cher mais très bon quand-même. Desserts excellents par contre. Mention spéciale au brownie vegan ! Notre enfant de 12 ans a également apprécié. Nous recommandons.

Good food and drinks in a very nice setting - Edit
What a pleasant surprise in the centre of Delft. Behind the beautiful facade you will find a nicely decorated restaurant with lots of plants and natural materials. It serves brunch, drinks and dinner.
Read moreAlthough the name might suggest otherwise, there are quite a few fish and meat dishes on the menu. But there is also a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It is a shared food concept. So it's smaller portions that you share. The two of us ordered five choices from the menu, which was more than enough. The dishes are beautiful, original and very tasty. Although all tables were taken, everything was served at a pleasant pace, by friendly and attentive staff. There is an extensive drinks menu inspired by the book The Drunken Botanist. The excellent coffee is from Rotterdam-based Man met Bril. A nice place to socialise over delicious drinks and dishes in a fine atmosphere.

The have tapas style share items on the menu. Hard to say what type of food it is, but it’s close to asian-fusion I would say.
The food is great, the service as well.

They have a nice backyard outdoor area. Vegan choices were limited, and they were pretty good but not more. I got the tofu asparagus salad and a wrap. I find the wrap too salty. The salad was quite nice but it was all too expensive.

De Botanie has a lot of vegan options for lunch as well as dinner. Surprising and tasteful dishes, no standard hummus/falafel plates. Make sure to taste the great coffee and cocktails as well! Lovely garden to sit in during warmer weather.

Nice food, not the standard vegan options like in other cafes. The menu is seasonal so changes, which makes it more interesting. There is a lovely garden to sit in with warm weather and they also have a separate room for groups
