Serves meat now - Edit
The pastry case now has meat and cheese items along with normal ones. While you can still get oat milk, it is not the default. Disappointing.

Coffee shop. - Edit
Now serve baked goods with ham and cheese. Coffee shop with oat milk. Friendly staff though.
Read moreEditing again because they now sell canned fish, so no longer vegetarian even. Still good coffee and vegan options. Back to 4 stars if they go back to vegetarian.
Editing because no longer entirely vegan. Still vegan default though.
Delicious, creative drinks (e.g. pumpkin spice curry latte, hojicha mocha, etc.), toast and bagels with vegan cream cheese spread, and small artisanal waffles.

No food - Edit
They no longer offer a real selection of pastries and breakfast bites here anymore. Just bread and yogurt. This is sad considering it was one of the only places to get a vegan breakfast and now they no longer really even have that.

No longer vegan - Edit
Daydrink has gone from being an all-vegan cafe to offering dairy products to appeal "to the masses," as they recently said. The drink menu is very limited and they supposedly offer some food, but it's always sold out. I've literally never been able to buy any food from them when I've visited. The Bowery St location is really cute, and the walkup downtown is handy. There is no upcharge for oatmilk. But I'm pretty disappointed to see this once-sustainable, vegan coffee shop move to support the cruel and unsustainable dairy industry.

Cons: No longer vegan - serves dairy, Limited menu, No guarantee of food availability

Good coffee! And sustainable cups! - Edit
Yummy and creative drinks, connected to a plant shop. They have a jar program so that so much waste is not created with to go orders!
