A great vegan breakfast - Edit
A lovely coffee house that has several vegan options. We had the vegan breakfast that included a bowl of fruit and nuts a choice of breads and vegan cheese, tomato and avocado, peppers and dips.

Nice café close to the river, usually has 3-5 vegan cake options, i liked every cake I've tried so far. They also have vegan breakfast, baguette sandwich and flammkuchen, as well vegan coffee options with soy or oat milk (costs 0.40€ extra).

Nice cafe with different types of vegan cakes, also a lot of non vegans, so perfekt to go there with non vegans.

Would not recommend their cakes to any vegans/vegetarians - Edit
They have a big selection of cakes, but most of them contain gelatine. I have been there twice and both times there was only one vegan cake available (chocolate cake) which was very dry and tasteless.

Süßes Café an der Alster - Edit
Das Kaffeehaus ist schön eingerichtet und hat viel Platz, vor allem im Sommer. Es gibt veganes Frühstück, Kuchen, Suppen - man findet auf jeden Fall immer was leckeres. Eignet sich ganz gut auch wenn man mit nicht veganen Freunden unterwegs ist, da hier für jeden was dabei ist. Also bei der nächsten Alsterwanderung danach ein Stück Kuchen im café!
