Tasty and filling focaccia - Edit
At the time of my visit there was sadly only one option, the focaccia sandwich. It was very tasty and surprisingly filling. Certainly not the cheapest lunch (11€), but worth it. :)

They have a large vegan sandwich and also a focaccia with tomato and olives. We went pretty close to opening time and they said they would have the vegan sandwich for another hour or so, it was another 20 mins before the focaccia came out also, so maybe just be aware they stagger the products and they sell quick!

Not cheap but a HUGE and very full focaccia sando with lots of veg and a delicious tomatoey cashew spread that felt like they’d actually made an effort. And very friendly staff!

They have a vegan focaccia sandwich which is delicious and very filling. The bread itself is fantastic and it was stuffed full of rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, aubergine, olives and roasted red pepper sauce. There is also an option for a slice of focaccia topped with olives and tomatoes. The owners are very friendly and passionate about what they do.

I had the vegan focaccia with aubergine, dried tomatoes, arugula, olives, red bell pepper and a tomato-cashew spread and it was really good! Not that easy to eat but SO GOOD ;)

When we visited the store, she had two vegan options. We chose the one with sun dried tomatoes, fried eggplant and peppers, arugula, olives and a spread made of cashews and tomatoes i think. It was the best thing ate in San Sebastián!

The woman that waited on us was super charming. Heard the vegan sandwich was really good but we arrived at 10:30 and they didn’t start sandwiches until 11:30. So we tried the vegan breakfast focaccia with tomato and Kalamata olives and it was pretty good. Wish I could have tried the sando though…

I went to Daniel's Focacceria twice while I was in San Sebastian for vacation, and both of the vegan options I tried were delicious. The bread is wonderful of course, but the vegetables and sauces are also super high quality. The sandwich is one of the best vegan sandwiches I can remember eating!
