Great food, awful service

The menu is extensive and has clearly labelled vegan options. They have a variety of plant milks for drinks and even vegan ice cream for the milkshakes. The food itself was delicious, especially the crispy falafels! Also highly recommend the strawberry almond milkshake.

However, the service was not great, hence the low rating. It took over an hour from ordering for the food to arrive. Service was slow and the waiters were not attentive. There was not enough cutlery on the table for the group, and it took the waiters a good 5/10 minutes once they had given us the food to then provide cutlery for us to eat! We just had to sit there waiting with food infront of us but not being able to eat it! They were very slow to provide the bill and claimed they were unable to split it into custom amounts for our group which was very inconvenient. The service charge was high which we refused to pay. Very disappointing as the food itself was great and it has the potential to be a great option for vegans in the city!

Great food, great value

A relaxed, friendly cafe vibe with a wide range of delicious, vegan options. The vegan mezze platter was delicious and excellent value for 2 people sharing. Vegan baklava and cakes were also great. I can see why this is such a popular local chain of restaurants. I will definitely return when I’m in the area.
