Nice Creole restaurant with vegan options

This was a really great surprise for our visit to New Orleans. Very few Creole restaurants offer vegan options, but this restaurant did. I only had the FGC Po-Boy (Fried Green Tomato) which I got twice. It was huge and fantastic! The remoulade sauce might have dairy, so ask. They also have a couple of other vegetarian options which are actually vegan. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. It's not a big restaurant, but the atmosphere is nice. It's only a half block off Canal Street, which make it easy for walking.
Daisy Dukes is a franchise name, so be careful to go to this location. The other locations do not have the same menu or hours.

The server doesn’t know what vegan is and probably didn’t go ask the chef. Unfortunately the fried green tomatoes contain egg.
