Order Before Arriving (Ghost Kitchen) - Edit
Definitely recommend ordering before arriving. The Barrio Food Hub is a new age food hall/ ghost kitchen that offers 50 plus restaurants under one roof, there is limited seat (only three tables out front) & offers delivery services. I ordered the Chick’n Katsu — larger portion with rice & sautéed veggies and KP’s Lumpia. I was excited for the lumpia and realized that 6 pieces were really just 3 pieces cut in half, they were still good. The chick’n katsu was really good, first time having oyster mushroom and left me feeling full. Will be returning to try more of the menu, ordering ahead this time.

Truly a Nashville hot! So crunchy and delicious! - Edit
I ordered the Nashville hot based on another review here, got the highest (4) level of heat, and it is HOT! 🙌 It’s a wonderfully crunchy “chickn” breast crusted in the best Nashville spices, served open-faced on a slice of grilled? toasted? bread with shredded cabbage and pickles. No sauce or anything, and I’m a saucy sort of woman, but honestly I don’t think it needs it! I’ll order a few extra pickles next time. 😋 Yum, I will be back, and can’t wait to try other menu items! I love how they work this place... order beforehand and pick-up or have it delivered. You can hang out and eat at one of the few tables set up on a patch of astroturf outside if one is open!

Looking forward to trying more menu items - Edit
Barrio Food Hub - ghost kitchen. So you need to order before arriving (or delivery). Don't make the mistake I did and just show up. Ordered the vegan carne asada fries. The fries were good. They were not stingy with portion. Though fries were good, I would have loved some pico or hot sauce. I had some fresh onions, cilantro & homemade Mexican sauce at home. Added this to the fries and this totally elevated the taste. So you may need to add a bit more fresh toppings to meet SD traditional carne asada fries standards. I really wanted to try the lumpia, but they were not selling any. Hope to try next time.

So happy I found this place. - Edit
The nashville chicken is the bomb. If you are serious about heat order the four but be prepared. I ate the level 4, 30 minutes ago and it is still hot. Still my favorite fake fried chicken so far.
