Cute little café with awesome sweets - Edit
I don't know many places that offer vegan versions of typical Czech desserts. Actually, this might be the only one. That's why I love it! I recommend specially "punčový řez" and "laskonka", these are classics that every Czech person knows since childhood. You can have a vegan cupcake anywhere, but not vegan punčový řez! Thanks God I don't live in Brno, I would be spending all my days sitting in Cukrárna :D
Read moreI also love the cosy interior and china, even though it is quite small and can get crowded (make a booking in advance if you can). Coffee is a bit pricey but fair trade!
I am happy that in the time of hipster cafés that all have the same sterile look, cosy places with atmosphere, such as this one, still exist.
Pros: Great Czech sweets, Cosy interior, Long opening hours
Cons: Small; booking a table is recommended

My favorite cafe in town - Edit
This place is super cute and cozy, I actually like everything about it: the interior with old-style furniture, good coffee, desserts and friendly staff! Pastries look very simple but are really deliciouse and quite cheap. You should try it!

Great place for Coffee and Beer - Edit
Coffee is one of the best and cheapest in town, great selection of beer also for good price, great place to seat outside, although gets crowded in the evening. Food offer is somehow limited but good. Cupcakes are a must, the soup never impressed me much.

Cool Place, Nice Breakfast Buffet - Edit
The staff told me that all the food is vegan, except for a few of the cakes/sweets. Every day from 8-11am (9am on weekends) they do a vegan all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. The buffet is quite small, but it's really good: there are a few different kinds of homemade bread, some coconut spread, jam, salad vegetables, delicious marinated tofu and a kind of coleslaw (I think - it was really good!). Coffee is included too, and it's just 50kr a person. It's a really nice place as well, very relaxing atmosphere, and lots of sockets so you can take a laptop and do some work there. They automatically made the hot drinks dairy (my partner ordered a latte), so make sure you specify if you want something with soy milk. Hot drinks were accompanied by a tasty little vegan biscuit. I really recommend this place!
