Delightful road -side vegan ice creams

When a friend suggested we check out a roadside ice cream stand that had been there since the 1950's I was pretty certain it would be too old school to have anything non-dairy. Well, I was SO happy to be wrong. They had two flavors of non-dairy hard ice cream (which I believe were oat-based). Apparently, the flavors change regularly but while I was there, I had the mint & cookies as well as the black rasbperry chocolate chip. Both were delicious. Mint and cookies won for me. According to their Instagram profile, they offer a vegan chocolate peanut butter too. I will go bakc and try it for sure.

Pros: Interesting and delicious non-diary flavors, Not terribly expensive , Lots of parking
