The vegan pizza is damn good (one of the best in CT) and they have the best vegan burgers in CT. Big, hearty, tasty sauces and toppings, and crispy fries to go with the burger. The brewery they are in is possibly the best brewery in CT. Lovely, wonderful spot!
Delicious pizza, friendly and relaxing atmosphere - great for families or date night - Edit
Ritual pizza is located at a separate counter within Counter Weight Brewing Co -- head to the right as you enter. Order at the counter and they'll give you a beeper to let you know when your food is ready. Their menu clearly notes which pizzas can be made vegan and/or gluten free. We have visited twice and tried the "Shroom Pie" (Includes herb and wine braised mushrooms, garlic, caramelized onions, and arugula) and the Street Korn (think spicy Mexican street corn). Both came with vegan cheese. The counter staff were helpful and able to answer all my questions. Both pizzas were flavorful and delicious. One pizza was enough for the 2 of us (your milage may vary). We haven't tried the vegan burgers, but I did confirm that their gluten-free buns are also vegan.

Perfect vibes - Edit
Reminds me a lot of tree house brewing but with better/more food. Lots of vegan/non-alchoholic options. 10/10 super nice staff
